7 quick Takes...
1. I am going to take the new job. The one I interviewed for and they debated. I am excited, scared and anxious. I am almost 100% sure this is the right choice. Justin is on board and so are our families. I am excited for the next chapter in my life to unfold.
2. I had my annual eye exam today. Perfect 20/20 vision. The Dr. did recommend computer glasses because I spend so much time (at current job) on the computer. I may go ahead and get a cheap pair, can't hurt. Right?
3. Justin and I are going to visit my parents tonight to celebrate my Dad's 49th Birthday (it was yesterday). Not only am I excited to go home for a few hours, I am excited to play with my parents new pup, Alphie.
4. I washed Justin's brand new way too expensive phone. Oops :( Luckily, rice, a space heater and hair dryer were able to fix it. Sorry, Babe.
5. It is soon going to be March. I have slacked long enough running wise. It is time to bite the bullet and run.
6. Our football schedule was announced today, sadly not one home night (during the week) game this year. That is a huge fail in my opinion and I am very disappointed. On a positive note, this is Head Coach Stew's last year. That leaves little room for sadness and disappointment.
7. I went back to my roots. My dark haired roots. I actually like it. Right now. We shall see how dark I can be once the greys start popping back through....

Wellllllllllllllll
This is my new PO Box slip.. I had to get on because the town the boy lives in doesn't deliver. I am not going to lie, it seemed so official. I am moving soon.
Oh and remember Job #1, the one that didn't want me? Well turns out they do. They called today. I think I am going to take it. I am sure y'all will be happy when I choose, so you can stop reading about the job dilemma.
I am pretty much going into this job with an open slate. I know nothing or very little about the school and really have no idea what direction this job title will take me in.
I do think I am going to negotiate a little with the salary and some of the perks and see if and what they budge on.
I think my mind is made up. I think I am leaving the comfort of my job and the stress of it and trying something new.... I think

what I'm loving Wednesday....
What I am lovin' Wednesdays..... Go visit Jaimie and see what Everyone else is loving :)
Ummm, Hello - Words With Friends! Y'all play? If you do, my name is cawvu. Justin and I play, it has kinda taken over our alone time, HA. Monday night we turned it off to have alone time only to pick up our phones after the movie was over. Sad and pathetic I know. But it does get pretty heated... Case in point
I am loving all the hype around March Madness. Last year WVU made it to the Final Four - I went to Syracuse to watch an Elite 8 game. It was awesome. Quite possibly one of the best sports moments in my life. I am not quite so sure we will make it as far, but MM always is a good time.
I am loving that Spring will be here before we know it.
I am loving that every night I get to come home and kiss this handsome man...

7 Quick Things - The Job edition
1. I go to do my finger prints and paper work for new job. I new job I am almost 100% sure I want. My heart and head hurt from the thinking. This job provides a lot of great opportunities. I think. I want to be 100% sure of the the details before I quit my current job. I have a love/hate relationship with my current job. I love the University, I love the flexibility, I love the benefits but I hate the politics, the drama, the stress and the pay.
2. This new job would offer me summers off. Isn't that AWESOME. I also just got a phone call about a summer job. Everything does happen for a reason
3. If I stayed at my current job, I'd put in to be moved. I do not like a lot of things that have been happening. However - there are a lot of new and exciting things that are going to be happening here and I do love parts of this job. Again I am torn.
4. The new job is half the commute and I do get all snow days off. My work day is 7:30-3:30 - My day would be 7-4 (commute included) that isn't bad - I could be home, have dinner started, exercise and still have a lot more of my evening.
5. Justin is going back to school in the Fall, this would give us less money but more time together. Everything always works out, right?
6. My insurance premium would double, I'd bring home less money - but then again - Summers and Snow days would be off
7. Can you tell I am torn? I go in today and I am hoping for some clarity and answers. I have to jump, take a leap of faith but I am not sure when and how to do it.....

What I am loving Wednesday...
What I am lovin' Wednesdays..... Go visit Jaimie and see what Everyone else is loving :)
I am loving, LOVING, LOVING Old Navy's Spring Line.... I love white denim with older darker distressed denim accents. But what really has be blown away is their accessory line and shoes! I am not a jewelry fan but I love the bright colors and the greens and yellows. And I always love pearls. Maybe it is because it is going to be 60 degrees here today, maybe it is because the beach is 5 months away, or maybe it is because the stuff is so darn cute, whatever the reason - I am in clothing luurrvveee.
I am loving this weather. Please Spring, Come soon!

These super cute Family Rule signs from Barn Owl Primitives
That soon it will be Margarita Time <3
My brother, he is the number one reason I am sad about moving out of Morgantown :(
The Happiness Project - Feb
I settled into the couch last night while Justin worked on his blog and we turned Netflix onto The Office reruns. Now, I know I need to post Chapter 1 thoughts and what not but I wanted to post this today so I wasn't too far behind. Chapter 2 was really awesome... awesome because it made me look at the way I talk, act and respond to loved ones in my life. The other night at dinner I totally made an ass out of myself. Justin was telling a joke and I corrected him in front of everyone, and what I was correcting wasn't even wrong. I shouldn't have done it, it was a bratty move and I regretted it as soon as I did it. Chapter 2 just reinforced that, Yep I am a brat. However, there is still hope.
So Chapter 2 is all about Love and how to be a better partner and make things easier on everyone. G's topics to work on this month are:
1. Quit nagging: Bahaha. I am a nagger. Babe, take out the trash. Babe, take out Buster. Babe, make the bed. Babe, why didn't you take out the trash?
I liked her ideas of the one word suggestions. Such as CAMERA - saying camera would remind whoever to grab it and be done with it and if they forgot the camera, so what? If something really needs done so bad that I can't stand if it doesn't get done then why shouldn't I just do it?
2. Don't expect praise or appreciation: I am guilty of this. I like being appreciated and I like praise. But why? Why shouldn't I just do something because I want the recipient to enjoy it? Must.work.on.this.
3. Fight Right: G says something to the point of how a couple fights matters more than how much they fight - how true! I really feel that J and I fight right, for the most part. Our fights are always over stupid stuff (like placement of our new couch) but I really think that
4. No dumping: Don't bring up everything at once, don't let your emotions from other aspects of life effect what is going on at that moment. Falls into fighting right again to me.
5. Give proofs of love. I can and will do better with this, Justin is great at it. I get flowers just because it is Tuesday for Pete's sake. I can't remember the last time I did something just because for him. He deserves it. And again I will do better.
I think G did a great job with examples in this chapter, too. The part where she was talking about her MIL B'day party made me tear up. I want to show the people I care about how much they mean to me - I need to be more thoughtful and put more time and thought into my actions. I am hoping that the next 12 days help me become more aware and help me set better love patterns for the rest of my life.

Catching up
So Job #1 - They still aren't ready to make a choice. They want to wait until the end of April. They want me to teach class in early April. I feel like they are stringing me a long. Not sure how I feel - the money, ah the money would be grand but for now I am going to chalk it up to not the right timing and move on.
I have an interview with another company Friday. I need something to give. For the love of everything, something give. This job is less money, but summers and all school breaks off. I would maybe end up getting a part time job. I'd love to babysit under the table for the summer but again, we shall see.
Justin and I had an unexpected "double date" last night. I have been feeling horrible and exhausted. I did NOT feel like cooking so we headed to The Outback for a quick dinner and ran into his friends. It was nice eating with them...I only wished I'd done some makeup and not worn a sweatshirt. Sigh.
My dog and roommate's dog decided to trash my apartment last night. This is the FIRST (and better be last) time either one of them have ever done something like this. They both were sooooo sorry last night they didn't move. I was afraid of upset stomachs all night (knock on wood), so far so good.... I really came home and thought someone had broke in my apartment and trashed it. Silly (urrrr) dogs.

Justin is ordering his Nikon D90 ( I think, I maybe wrong what it is called) this weekend. I can't wait for him to get it so he can practice (or so I can take awesome pictures for the rest of the Days of Love Photo blog post)...
We are also going to visit my family Friday night for some dinner and what not, even though it seems so far away it is only a little over an hour so we will come home Friday night.
I am only working a half a day today (annual check up) then off tomorrow for the interview and what not. I am really hopeful and really excited. Please keep your fingers crossed for me :-)
For Valentine's Day I {LOVE} to bake/cook...
I wish I could bake. I am trying to be better at it and make things that aren't too burnt/soft/hard/not done etc, but so far nothing really works out.
I love anything sweet, cookies, brownies cupcakes...really anything with chocolate and sugar and I am good. But my lack of baking skills usually leaves me making boxed cakes and brownies...
And this is my first year cooking for VD for someone. Justin and I are going to make dinner at home. So far the plan is fondue, but with us it could change.Have you done at home fondue? Any tips?

ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE ... Day 3
It is Day 3 of the All You Need Is Love Blog Challenge.
The question is....
The question is....
If I could travel anywhere this snowy February, I would {LOVE} to go...
This is easy for me, I am an ocean/beach girl at heart. I love West Virginia and don't think I could ever leave forever, but if I did...it would be somewhere that 90% of the weather was warm and the ocean was my backyard...
Tahiti is on my must see list....
Since Tahiti really isn't the budget for the next few years, I will gladly go to Florida. My cousins live in Fort St. Lucie and Justin's parents have a beach house so I am sure between the two I can find somewhere to stay lol
But honestly, I will gladly go ANYWHERE that is over 60 degrees at this point. Currently is below 0 here and bitter cold :( I am jealous of everyone that is warm and seeing the sun!

The Joy of Love Catch Up Post
The Joy of Love workshop
I am behind so I am going to do a catch up post to get caught back up. If you haven't taken a look at all the amazing photos over at Willette Photography take a few minutes and do so - you won't be disappointed.
Day 6 - Who They Love
Day 7 - Generations - Justin's Dad, Justin and His Momma
Day 9 - passions and hobbies
Justin loves anything outdoorsy, one of his favorite past times includes Fly Fishing. He won a giveaway on one of the blogs he reads and was very excited to "play" with all of his new fun fishing stuff....

Day 8 - love from the heart - show a picture of how he shows you unconditional...
This is a picture of the counter at the bottom of my blog. Justin and I have had many discussions and long talks about moving in together. We both know this isn't an easy step or something to take lightly. This to us is no turning back. It is the step before marriage. So agreeing to live with each is really special to us and we both agree that once we do it, there is NO moving out. So here is a picture showing love from the heart...

Last night...
Last night after heading home from a very disappointing basketball game my head and heart were all over the place. We were all talking (Justin and 2 friends) about things and someone asked if I had heard anything from the possible new job, I had to say no - but remember it is only Day 1 of Week 2. They promised by the end of week 2 they'd call. As soon as I said that I proclaimed that I wish I would have perused the teaching job closer to the new house a little more. Justin agreed. We both talked about how we could make the pay decrease work and it would have worked out. Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda Talk. Until 10 minutes ago. When the teaching job just called for an interview THIS Friday at 10:30 -
I am not sure I believe in signs, but if I did - this would be one, right?

Day 2, All You Need is Love
It is Day 2 in the All You Need is Love Challenge....
The topic - When I'm feeling down, to cheer myself up I {LOVE} to..
Again, as sad as it is, cleaning can make me feel so much better. I love to have everything in its place, organized, smelling fresh and then be able to lay on the couch/bed and watch whatever trashy reality show I can find.
A good shopping trip can also cure anything.. - Groceries, Dollar General, Target, The Mall it doesn't matter, that rush of buying usually cures any sadness
Sonic Large Ice Water with Lemon & Limes
A snuggle with Buster and Justin :)
or a great talk with my Momma.......
What do you do for a quick pick me up??

All you need is Love Challenge
OK So here is Day 1 of the All you need is love Challenge...
The first topic is : When I need some me time I {LOVE} to...
- Curl up on the couch and watch
hoursa few episodes of any of The Real Housewives, Teen Mom or any other cheesy reality TV show...
- Clean, Manic Deep clean - please give me the bleach move over and let me get on my hands and knees and scrub.
- Run, the weather has been cold, snowy and gross but soon I hope to be back out there
- My iPhone - really this thing is a Hodge podge but I can blog, face book, chat, text, watch tv, tweet - pretty much do anything I want while lying on the couch
- Speaking of laying on the couch - I love to snuggle up in my PJ's with a great book and think about nothing for a few hours
